One-on-one PT is one of the quickest ways of getting results. It’s specific, customized and personal.At bodyguru you can choose from 15min, 30min, 45min or 60 min sessions.
Bring in a partner to double the fun and share the cost. Great for a couple or even friends.At bodyguru you can choose from 30min, 45min, 60min.Here at bodyguru there is no extra charge for bringing a partner simply divide the cost.
Group PT (max 4)
Train in a group of maximum 4 people. Maintaining the intimacy of a small group and increasing the competition motivates you to push harder and get results.At bodyguru you can choose between 30 min or 60 min group PT sessions.Below are the Group PT classes and their descriptions
Air strap classes
‘Air-Straps’ are the latest product in suspension training!Gymnasts have used the Olympic rings for centuries, and their core strength says enough about the benefits of this form of training! Air straps are versatile, easy to carry, convenient to use and beneficial for core,shoulders, gluteus and legs.This form of training is commonly known as suspension training. There are a few companies with different brands out there. Our Air-Straps are unique as they have independent arms and are developed by physiotherapists.They can be used for Pre-Hab, Rehab, stretches, balance, core, unilateral development and Advanced exercises to enhance performance.
Foam roller and F/ball classes
We have combined foam rolling and f/ball exercises into one class offering you myo-facial massage, balance and stretch all in one class.Foam rollers are ‘dense foam rollers’ that are used to roll the body on, sit on, or even use for core exercises! You will be surprised what a simple foam can do for you! I swear by it and so do physiotherapists!
Foam Roller classes are affordable, quick, easy and fun.
SCIFIT cardio circuit
Using the state of the art cardio and strength SCIFIT machines, our instructors combine some great programs to get the best out of your time. These classes are quick and efficient. We have 5 machines and use them in a circuit format moving you from machine to machine challenging your cardio and strength.
Yoga stretch class
The yoga stretch classes use yoga poses and makes them into a stretch class helping you improve flexibility, muscle tone, movement patterns. Great starting point for people inquisitive about yoga, but never managed to try it.
